“American Idol” fans and followers of their favorite season 11 singers will have the chance to catch them perform live during the Idols Live Tour opening in Detroit this Friday, July 6th!

This summer, two lucky fans who enter and win a contest sponsored by “Chips Ahoy!” and “Ritz” will have the opprotunity to experience the “American Idol Live!” concert from the side of the stage. The tour will feature the top 10 “American Idol” finalists from season 11 whose live concert begins in Detroit, Michigan and finishes in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. By the end of the tour, the Idols will have visited and performed in 45 cities.

“The American Idol Live! Tour” is the first chance for fans to see their favorite top 10 Idols live on stage. For information and dates, please visit www.AmericanIdol.com. Tickets can be purchased at www.TicketMaster.com. There are also a limited amount of VIP ticket packages that comes with limited merchandise and a chance to meet some of the Idols from the 2012 season.
