I’VE GOT THE MUSIC IN ME: A New Way to Test Music Skills!

“I’ve Got the Music In Me” is the name of a new music game show pilot for CBS.

The show consisted of two contestants. In this particular episode, both contestants had the same first name. One was from New Jersey and one was from New York.

One contestant must guess the artists of three songs. Each correct answer is worth $40,000. The other contestant had to guess exact song titles as they were played backwards, also for $40,000 each. Songs included “Hit Me Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears and “Vogue” by Madonna.

Host of the show is JD Roberto, who also hosted “American Idol Extra” and “Reality Remix” both for THE FOX REALITY CHANNEL.

Roberto was a life coach on ABC’s “How to Get the Guy”. According to Wikipedia and flashgameshows.com, Roberto was also an on-stage host for the short-lived (one-season) but much talked-about pageantry-type show for both genders called, “Are You Hot? The Search for America’s Sexiest People” back in 2003.
