An upcoming episode of “The Masked Singer” features a “Shrek Night” theme.  The Sleuth Panel, made up of Rita Ora, Ken Jeong, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy all participated by wearing Shrek costumes. Hollywood Junket was in attendance at the taping of this episode.  Below is EVERYTHING we found out!

This taping happened one day after Ken Jeong got his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  He received many congratulations from fans, and host Nick Cannon.  Ken dressed as Lord Farquaad. Jenny McCarthy dressed as Princess Fiona.  Rita Ora was the Fairy Godmother.  And, Robin Thicke (we weren’t too sure about) was wearing a dark blue costume which looked like it could be a King Harold costume.

There was a real Shrek costumed character on the stage dancing.  The Men in Black in this episode were dressed as Armour-like Knights.

GROUP A Competes!

This episode has Group A competing.  In that group are the following masks:  Ant, Coral, Paparrazzo, Fuzzy Peas.  As for the costumes, Ant’s costume is sparkly. Coral’s costume looks like an actual Coral Reef. Fuzzy Peas is an Edamame with a red fuzzy back. Paparazzo has the head of a vintage film camera.

T-Shirt GIVEAWAY!

Behind-the-Scenes:

The whole audience got bright green T-Shirts to wear in honor of Shrek.  Half way through the taping, one girl decided to take her green Shrek T-Shirt off from over her other top, and asked Rita Ora to sign it.  Rita gladly did!  Immediately, other audience members followed, and Rita was overwhelmed with a pile of T-Shirts!  Lol.  She signed as many as she could during the brief down-time break from filming.

ANT MASK PERFORMS:

In her clue package, Ant talked about having a dark secret, and then bringing it to light.  She said she’s starting over in her own fairy tale. The song that Ant performed didn’t sound the best.  When one of her clues was “platinum,” Robin commented “I’m surprised!”  Lol!  We know why!  But with that clue, she can only be a recording artist.  Jenny thought maybe it’s a singer who’s also an actress.  Two of the guesses from the Sleuth Panel were: Kesha, Lindsay Lohan
On a side note, I’m guessing that Ant Mask it’s someone from P Diddy.

FUZZY PEAS PERFORMS:

Fuzzy Peas performed “I’m a Believer” dedicated to his other half.  Some clues included dogs, and a glove.  He stated that it was his other important glove.  The clue that was brought out by the Men in Black was a golf glove with a golf club.

From the Sleuth Panel, Rita was sure that it’s Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer.  Ken thought it could seriously be Pit Bull (he got booed), and Jenny McCarthy was thinking Antonio Banderas.  Robin Thicke thought John Leguizamo was a sure bet.

SPOILER ALERT!

In another performance, Fuzzy Peas sang in Spanish. We are just going to say that, that was not the only surprise of the night!
Out of the four Masks, the lowest vote was the one that was unmasked.  There was no Battle Royale beforehand.
