March 25, 2025They’re Coming For Brian on THE FLOOR Season 3 Episode 7 Recap
This week on “The Floor” it was evident that the contestants had some resentment for the long-time running winner of each night Brian, after having the biggest portion of the floor. He’s proved duel after duel that he’s a real threat by being knowledgeable in many categories. Inevitable, winning him those duels. Would this week be the week Brian gets taken out by a challenger?
Episode 7 opened with the TV Chef who now had some time to study the “Trees” category. But he still chose to stay on the floor and said he can protect his new category of “Boy Bands.” The first player the Randomizer chose of the night was Baron with the category of “Marvel.”
Baron challenged the category “Backyard Games” held by Priscilla. Baron won the duel and his desire to play his “Marvel” category was too strong to stay and play. So, he went back to the floor.
The long-standing biggest whale this season, Brian, now stood at $100,000 by not having an opponent coming close to taking him down. Cassie, with the “Aviation” category was next. She chose to go against Jay with the “Congress” category, bypassing Brian. Cassie lost, But now her opponent had a direct shot at Brian. What would he do?
Not His First Rodeo!

There were only two choices, Rodeo held by Brain, and Marvel. Of course Jay chose Brian! In the Rodeo duel, they had to name an item, event or action. So, Brain won this duel as well, and it’s looking like he’s going to win again. But, inherited the “Aviation” category. Brian decided to go back to the floor because he’s confident with the “Aviation” category.
The next new challenger was Phil who went after the “Pasta” category held by Amanda. They had to identify the shapes/types of pasta. It was a tight duel. But, Amanda won within a few seconds. Amanda went back to the floor with her newly inherited category.
Spark was next with “Rom Com” categories. He chose the “Latin Musicians” category held by Sifat. This was her inherited category. Some of the players on the floor were sure that Spark wouldn’t be able to win this duel. This was a duel of dumb and dumber in the Latin Music duel because they didn’t know many of these singers. Sifat happened to know a few more than Spark, and sent him home.
A Direct Path to Brian!
Sifat inherited the “Rom Com” category thanks to Spark. Feeling confident, she challenged “Crayon Colors” held by Stephanie. Stephanie was ready and said if she wins, this is a path to Brian because she wants to put his winning streak to a stop. Stephanie said there are now 190 colors to crayons which is crazy. Sifat is looking to tie with Brian and then moving forward from there. Sifat lost and Stephanie gained her mighty portion of the floor.
Now Stephanie has the “Rom Com” category. Rob Lowe was ecstatic that Stephanie chose to stay and play by challenging the “Tony Winners” category held by Jeorgi . Jeorgi is an authority on “Tony” from growing-up as a “theatre kid” and she’s been watching the Tony awards forever. Stephanie was actually successful at taking Jeorgi down! Everyone was shocked! It looked like her dream of getting at Brian was going to come true. And, now she also had the Time Boost.
Time Boost Couldn’t Save Her!
After winning one more duel that meant she would tie with Brian, splitting $20,000 with him. Stephanie challenged Mike with the “Outdoor” category. This was a real struggle of a duel for Stephanie, getting difficult objects to guess. Mike scooped-up Stephanie’s floor after beating her in the duel. That’s 14 pieces of the floor and $10,000 split with Brian. Mike also inherited the “Rom Com” category.
Next Week: Mike will decide to either continue with another duel or return to the floor. A new contestant will get the biggest piece of the floor.
