Flash Mobs – a large group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform a dance number for a brief time, then disperse. Flash mobs are all the rage these days. It seems as though FOX is turning into TVs musical network with such shows as Glee, American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD). It only makes sense that Fox would turn a cultural phenomenon such as flash mobs into a show.

MOBBED is a new FOX hidden camera show, executive produced by Howie Mandel and choreographed by “So You Think You Can Dance” husband and wife team Napoleon and Tabitha (NAPPYTABS). The show uses over 200 non- professional and professional dancers, including So You Think You Can Dance Season Three and all-star dancer, Lauren Gottlieb, Season Two’s Martha Nichols, and our very own HollywoodJunket.com correspondent and American Idol Season One, SYTYCD Season Two alumni Jules Sanchez.

MOBBED uses flash mobs to help someone tell their loved ones some very exciting news. These particular episodes include a marriage proposal and a wife uses the Flash Mob to tell her husband that she is pregnant with a routine to Diana Ross “BABY LOVE”. The energy is amazing, the tears will flow and hearts will melt. This show is sure to be a hit…….You’ve just been MOBBED!!!

when will this show air
It was announced today that “Mobbed” will air Thursday, March 31 at 9pm after “American Idol” on FOX.
Will you be featuring flash mobs from around the country? I am currently organizing a group of about 40 people in my hometown of Greenville, SC and would love to know more!
I’m an employee at a non-profit organization and I’m wondering who I would contact to get in touch with the show. We would love to have a Flash Mob at our event in Los Angeles!
