This season of “The Biggest Loser” starts tonight! It’s the “battle of the ages” as overweight contestants attempt to lose weight with veteran trainer Bob Harper and two new trainers – Anna Kournikova, and Dolvett Quince.

Anna Kournikova, ranked in the top 10 U.S. Women’s Tennis Players in the world will be bringing her knowledge about competition and weight management to this season’s contestants.

During a phone conference call with new trainers, Anna said that she was ready to train contestants on “The Biggest Loser” because she knew she could be committed, “I know my heart is in the right place, I now have the knowledge. I was just in it and focused.”

What she brings to the show as a tennis player is “I treated my body as a tool my whole life to be able to perform on the tennis court and to be a professional athlete. I’ve worked with the best nutritionists, the best coaches, the best trainers for the last 23 years”. She’ll be able to share that experience with “The Biggest Loser” contestants this season. “It’s about calories and hours of exercise,” said Kournikova.

An IFFA and ISSA certified trainer, Dolvett Quince whose company, “Body Sculptor Inc. was created to help people transform their mind, body and soul says he’s been helping people change their lives for over ten years. Quince stated that the challenge working on “The Biggest Loser” was working with changing obese peoples’ lives. “I don’t think there’s a trainer anywhere that wouldn’t want to be in my position helping out people to this extreme on this platform, ” stated Quince.
