HOLLYWOOD JUNKET has got a tip yesterday on the new host of “The Singing Bee”. She is comedic actress, Melissa Peterman, best known for her work on “Reba”.

The new host has already been announced in Nashville, on May 18th. The press release also stated that “The Singing Bee” will return as a one hour karaoke-style game show (as before) and confirming, Melissa Peterman, as the new host. Also new – a new set! Originally aired on NBC, it will now bee seen on CMT with sixty percent of country-western music as the focus.
